Very pleased with everything, Dom made sure everything was perfect for the hanover. The car was presented in excellent condition. Jack Bowen, Jake & Jason took the time to say hello and have a chat, i was made to feel most welcome.

As above the guy Sam was amazing and went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't have asked for anymore. He found me the perfect car and I love it so much. But as the branch is being refurbished there was no showroom or uncloaking which is sad.

Not in the slightest a premium experience, not even a satisfactory one just dire! Herded like sheep unto the mini dealer, staff stressed running around like headless chickens no car washed, damaged my wheel when changing tyre won't be going back.

Personnel at BMW made me feel very welcome and cared for from the time of my arrival. They gave regular updates on my vehicles progress, agreed to allow me to work from the customer area, this was very convenient for me and I was very grateful.

I was recommended a wheel alignement for my vehicle, previous one carried out 80 miles previously by yourselves. You then provided this for free. On collection of the car the tracking was out, noticed while driving home and returned the car again.

Alway's a good experience at BMW Wolverhampton, just a little disappointed I was not contacted regarding EML on when my vehicle was in for brake fluid service on Monday 19th Jan to which I would have asked to have it investigated then. Back in t'moz.

I was first told the car will be ready the same day, that changed to 12:00 next day and finally 5:00pm in the evening. Delay aside, there was no communication from the centre and I had to constantly chase them for an update. Waiting time on phone

Mostly satisfactory service was kept updated throughout the day and work all carried out in a timely manner. Having said that the reason for not 5 stars is the time I had to wait upon arrival for the courtesy car to be ready

Others who arrived later than me were seen before me. On a separate note, whilst I know that washing my car when you service it is a courtesy, it was a very 'slap-dash' job. Glass not cleaned, and sills not cleaned at all. Outside was clean, though.

1. Took two appointments to diagnose a fault (wheel bearings) which two tyre centres suggested was the issue just based on described symptoms. 2. Case manager, more often not, would promise progress timings that felt unachievable.

I had an ACE 3.0 dashcam fitted at the W'ton dealership on 5 January. Bearing in mind the appointment for this work was made before the end of November, disappointed the work was only carried out between 3 and 5pm - could have been done sooner

Not notified to collect vehicle although it was new year's eve. Still have issues with the 48v MHEV system and I can't seem to get a straight answer on how to get this resolved. Washer pump was fixed under warranty but wasnt working since purchase.

I arrived early for an EV service and MOT. was told i could collect as soon as it was ready. was called at 3.30 to say collect at 5.. arrived at 4.50 and the car had to go back into the workshop to be completed. I finally left the dealership at 6.10!

Contact was good - sun roof still seems to be allowing water in (as water smells), handing keys in good.. Getting keys back once service is done takes way too long. I was there over 45 mins to get my keys back - not good

Although Sytner did thier best to Dignostic process i felt for a bmw specialist they could have Dignosed the faulty hydraulic pipe without having to replace the master cylinder 1st..the labour cost went up due to the protocol.. the Dignostic process

Was told by call support centre it was a while you wait service (2 hours). As mentioned to support centre I wouldn't trust that from prior experience. Luckily I didn't I dropped vehicle off at 8 am, didn't get another call to 4.00pm.

Was charged £150 to diagnose and issue. Charged £280 to change transmission oil as was told that was the problem. Within ten minutes of me driving away it was obvious the problem was not solved. I was given a comp car wash, which was terrible.
