Customer area, hot/ cold drinks availability. The after service call to see how things went. The key drop off kiosk. The car being brought to the front of the dealership for collection rather than going to the carpark. Great service.

There was also a mix-up between the Workshop Vehicle Health Check Video and Your service advisor Alicia Rattu as to the progress of the car. I think she was given the wrong info as when I could collect.
