I find £129 to run a diagnostic check which takes minutes frankly obscene. Also to be quoted over £500 to change the SOS battery also very high. All forums say BMW will charge this and do not pay it. Part is less than £70 and 1 hours labour.

The checks on the car were performed as required as far as I know. The quotations for replacement exhaust clamp and new tyres were a complete ripoff. Unless the car is under warranty I would never use the main dealers to replace OEM parts and tyres

I was booked in for an airbag recall and also got a service which I was satified with, but I'm puzzled why BMW doesn't provide any paperwork for the airbag replacement. It feels like there's no proof the recall was completed.

Plus: Loan car provided twice Negative: Two things that I was not happy about was the fact that during an egr recall my coolant was not replaced correctly. Second thing was that I was told my pads needed replacing. My pads were ok, was sensor cable.

Excellent service throughout the sales process. Luke Freeman was extremely personable, helpful and very patient. He spent plenty of time with us during the decision making. He couldn't do enough for us and we would certainly buy another car from him.
