Amazing experience from start to finish, from amazing looking dealership to helpful and pleasant staff, great knowledge of product and really helped me to get in the car I wanted at the right price. My salesman, Sam, was amazing and a credit to BMW.

No communication between service department and myself before sending my car for an MOT with a minor defect picked up on a health check with a major service. Trying to actually get through to service department on the phone is a joke. select another

Terrible. Part was ordered in advance. After 8 hours I was told it needed the part. But won't be ready till tomorrow as the technician wasn't informed it was on site. Cost me 2 Ubers that night and following morning due to poor management comms.
