The service overall was great, and we were very happy with the experience. However, on collection day we had to wait around an hour for the car, which was a bit disappointing and slightly took away from an otherwise smooth process.

Drop off and pick up was easy and quick. Complimentary was and vacuum was offered but not done on pick. Had wo inform and wait for another 15 minutes to get it done. Car key battery was showing low which was not sorted and was not even offered.

The car was booked in again on the 31st March and the pump replaced again for the second time. I tested it as I left the dealership and it was working but a few days later on Saturday April 4th it's not working again!

Dropped my car off early morning, for a recall, absolutely no issues. Received a call to aay car was ready when I was, went after i finished work and after reporting to reception was sat without any updates for 45 minutes. Not what i would expect.

I paid BMW £1100 for a fuel filter and differential seals I'm concerned the repairs have caused new faults. The car had no noise or leaks before, and your team removed the engine cover-yet I'm now being told to buy a new one to fix the rattle."

Wasn't really happy with the customer service, while the warranty work was approved quickly, it took 2 visits when I told them exactly where the leak was initially, they ignored this completely and almost cost me another day's worth of insurance

Booked the car in via the app, dropped it off at 9.30, ladies on front desk were great. Received a call an hour later to ask if I was leaving it over night as it was a big service, you don't just find that out on the morning it's dropped off.

Great service from Sam who resolved my MOT issue efficiently and sorted a retest out for me. Rosie's communication brilliant throughout while sorting rear differential leak. Car back faster than expected as I am using the car on a road trip next week

Poor communication. Attempted to call the service department over two days without any response. Failed to return car when promised. Inadequately diagnoses of problem. Taken 3 weeks to say the needs a new battery!!!

I went into centre to ask for some advice and they wouldn't even give me 10 minutes with an engineer. I then had to wait 10 days with an undrivable car before they could book it in just to do a factory reset on the infotainment panel.

Others who arrived later than me were seen before me. On a separate note, whilst I know that washing my car when you service it is a courtesy, it was a very 'slap-dash' job. Glass not cleaned, and sills not cleaned at all. Outside was clean, though.
