Amazing experience from start to finish, from amazing looking dealership to helpful and pleasant staff, great knowledge of product and really helped me to get in the car I wanted at the right price. My salesman, Sam, was amazing and a credit to BMW.

Poor communication in respect of my repair. I remain without a vehicle since 12th May. Only updates have been when I chased. Had to arrange my own hire car. No offer of a remedy BMW. No idea when I will get my car back!

No communication between service department and myself before sending my car for an MOT with a minor defect picked up on a health check with a major service. Trying to actually get through to service department on the phone is a joke. select another
