The car was in for a software update. This was undertaken in a timely manner. Efficient staff, professional, polite and informative. Whether it's Sam or any of the team they all seem to do their jobs giving 100% Plus. We are very satisfied.

Because the issue is still there but apparently they can't hear the fault. I picked the car up after having a PDI it had no washer fluid in it. The overall experience with sales has been very poor.

Phone calls to remind me that my car was booked in. Helpful receptionist helped me book in and leave the keys - 20 seconds maximum. Very helpful chap phoned me to discuss service needed and made sure I was completely satisfied when I collected car.

I'd have given 5, but the car needed a litre of oil as well as the gearbox service which you charged £750 for.. the 1 litre of oil was £20- but you were going to charge me and additional £20 just to pour it in which I thought was a bit of a cheek

I was extremely happy, but for some reason I didn't get my car washed and vacuumed when I have returned my car for a service. I am usually asked, but for some reason wasn't not asked don't know whether you have stopped this procedure.
