Sam Hole replied to emails, was readily available, had a detailed knowledge of the products I enquired about, both as to the cars and my financial options, and was extremely patient in handing over my new car and in dealing with all my questions.

BMW Tamworth told me there was slight oil leak when the car had call back due to an air bag issue. When I asked the rep this time when the car was being serviced she said there was no leak identified which has lef me confused and concerned

Asked for a valuation on my car when I dropped the car off for its recall, no one had given me a valuation for the car when I collected it, the new air bag on the steering wheel is a completely different colour to the rest of the car.

Spent 2 1/2 waiting around for a call about when it would be ready to then be told it would be end of the day (got there in the am). If I had known earlier I could have gone home and not lost a full days work.
