Had the car for 4 days to complete a tracker install and replace a rear light (under warranty) - was obvious when I dropped the car that the tracker hadn't even been ordered. When I got the car back there was no activation code for the tracker.

Sam has always been accommodating with booking my car in for servicing, I live 45 minutes away so I prefer to wait whilst my car is being serviced to save travelling back and forth, he offers flexibility with booking at short notice which helps a lot

It was disappointing, I paid £150 for nothing. I was honestly expecting that bringing my car to the dealership was a good Idea initially but I was wrong, I thought the car would've been checked by a mechanic & I would be told how much to fix it.

The service to the car was ok, but I made a waiting appointment at 12pm as they said it will take 2 hours to complete and I would get the car by 2pm. I took half a day off work and it took almost 6 hours to complete and got the car at 5.45pm.

Initially had to argue that the repair was covered under warranty. It clearly was. The fault had previously been reported and not repaired. A note to this effect should have been filed. Once the original service agent got involved this was confirmed.

Asked for a valuation on my car when I dropped the car off for its recall, no one had given me a valuation for the car when I collected it, the new air bag on the steering wheel is a completely different colour to the rest of the car.

BMW Tamworth told me there was slight oil leak when the car had call back due to an air bag issue. When I asked the rep this time when the car was being serviced she said there was no leak identified which has lef me confused and concerned

On my health check sheet it states my blower motor does not operate, it's repair cost was £150 and it states to call the customer. No one called me about this.. I would of had the work done for that price while it was having the recall work done.

There were mistakes initially, however they rectified it after raising complaint. Service Attending staff needs to be more trained on communication skills and made aware of existing sytner policies/ warranty cover etc as some give wrong information
