Surprising that after being charged for diagnoses for a fault, there was no fault found even though it was visible and the service centre used the work around to get the car from the car park to the service unit.

Service is expensive and a charge to investigate a fault on a vehicle just over 5 years old is terrible as it was obvious the battery for the emergency call system needed replacing. The car wash team did a fantastic job of cleaning and were great!
